摘要
目的:测定2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析两者在T2DM血管并发症发生、发展中的作用。方法:检测25例T2DM并血管并发症患者空腹血糖(FBS)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、sICAM-1和CRP水平,并与33例无血管并发症患者和50例正常对照组比较。结果:T2DM患者组FBS、TG、HbA1c、sICAM-1和CRP等均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),T2DM血管并发症组TG、sICAM-1和CRP显著高于非血管并发症组(P<0.01)。HbA1c与sICAM-1和CRP呈正相关(P<0.01),TG、FBS与sI-CAM-1和CRP水平无相关性。结论:ICAM-1和CRP参与血管内皮细胞的炎症损伤,并在T2DM血管并发症发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To measure and compare the serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecules(sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with vascular diseases.Method: Determined the level of serum blood sugar(FBS), triglyceride(TG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), sICAM-1 and CRP in three groups(T2DM group,T2DM with vascular diseases group and normal control group).Results: In type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with and without vascular diseases,serum FBS, TG, HbA1c, sICAM-1 and CRP were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P<0.01); In type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with vascular diseases,serum TG、sICAM-1 and CRP were significantly higher than those of patients without vascular diseases (P<0.01). The level of sICAM-1 was positively re1ated with that of HbA1c. Conclusion: These results indicate that sICAM-1 and CRP may be involved in the inflammation damage of vascular endothelium cells, and play an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with vascular diseases.
