糖尿病患者血清细胞粘附分子-1的变化与代谢控制和氧化应激的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者细胞粘附分子与代谢控制和氧化应激的关系。方法采用单克隆抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)测定正常人(n=15)和初发2型糖尿病患者(n=17)血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,并做出统计学分析。结果糖尿病患者血清中sICAM-1水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01),且与糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)呈正相关(γ=0.536,P<0.05),亦与甘油三脂呈正相关(γ=0.642,P<0.01);糖尿病患者血清中脂质过氧化水平MDA含量亦明显升高(P<0.01),且与sICAM-1水平呈明显正相关(γ=0.76,P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者血清sICAM-1水平增高与代谢、氧化应激相关,推测sICAM-1在糖尿病血管并发症的发生发展中起重要作用。
