The Formation and Development of Higher Educational Power Theory

摘要 大学是权力组织,存在着复杂的权力现象和权力关系。新的权力理论——权力—目的理论认为,"目的"是外化权力的本质内核,是各种权力要素外化作用形成的某种权力格局的内在规定要素。大学的权力是在与政府、市场相互关系中表现出来的独立性和自主性,大学处于三角形的任一位置都是大学与其他要素"牵拉"作用的结果,从某种意义上说,就是大学的自治程度。大学的自治程度高,则权力大,反之,则权力小。而自治与大学的目的是密切相关的。 University is an organization of power with complicated power phenomenon and power relationship. The new Power and Purpose Theory holds the viewpoint that "purpose" is the essential kernel of the externalization power and the internal regulated factors of some power structure formed by various factors of power. University power is the independence and self-determination reflected in the mutual relationships between the government and market. The level of university self-government is the functionary result of "pulling and drawing" between university and the other factors. In some sense, that is the level of university self-government. The higher level of self-government of university is, the bigger of the university power, and vise versa. The self-government is closely related to the purpose of university.
