摘要
受高层次人才供不应求市场状况、自身实力及地域环境等因素的影响,地方本科院校在高层次人才引进过程中面临着多重困境。需要地方本科院校的宣传、科研、人事等部门及教学院系形成目标一致的协作联动,构建相互衔接的人事管理体系,逐渐实现人才引进困境的突破。
Local universities face with multiple difficulties in the process of introducing high-level talents due to the shortage of high-level talents,market conditions,their own strength and regional environment.It is necessary for the departments of propaganda,scientific research,personnel and other departments and teaching departments form a coordinated linkage with the same goals,build a coherent personnel management system,and gradually realize a breakthrough in the difficult situation of talent introduction.
