摘要
从承包商的角度出发 ,根据FIDIC合同条件下的合同价格及付款方式的特点 ,以及不平衡报价的基本原理和使用条件 ,利用资金时间价值理论 ,建立了以工程实际付款现值最大化为目标函数的线性规划模型 ,并配以具体的工程实例通过计算机求得不平衡报价的最优解。所建立的模型既考虑了施工中工程量的变化 ,又顾及到工程施工顺序的影响 ,且模型简单实用 ,对投标者参与工程竞标 。
Considering of the characteristics of the contract price and terms of payment under the FIDIC conditions, and based on the principles of unbalanced bid and capital time value, this article constructs a linear programming model, which maximizes the present value of actual payment, from the contractor's point of view. It also gives an optimal solution to a specific project. The given model, with practical and simple style, considers not only the change of bill of quantity (BQ.) but also the effect of the construction order. So it becomes a better guide to project tendering and profit making for the bidders.
