摘要
目的确定出生时体重正常新生儿脐血内的总胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),甘油三脂(TG)是否和发育指标相关,并确定新生儿发育指标的不协调是否影响脂质代谢的指标。方法收集456例胎龄39-40w的自然经阴分娩的正常新生儿脐血,测定脐血脂蛋白,胆固醇的水平。称量体重(BW),并测量头围(HC)、腹围(AC)。结果低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)与新生儿的腹围,出生体重,头围呈负相关(P〈0.021,P〈0.031,P〈0.042),新生儿腹围对LDL-C和HDL-C水平有显著影响(P〈0.035,P〈0.046),新生儿腹围越小,脐血LDL-C浓度越高,HDL-C浓度越低。结论:新生儿发育比例的不协调与脂质代谢的改变密切相关。
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine how umbilical cord serum total cholesterol (TC) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), and triglyceride (TG) at birth were related to anthropometry at birth in newborn infants with normal weight , and to determine how concentration of these measures of lipid metabolism was influenced by abnormal newborn body ratios. Methods : Umbilical plasma levels of lipoproteins - cholesterol were measured in 456 normal newborns delivered by spontaneous vaginal delivery at 39 to 40 weeks of gestation. Abdominal circumference (AC), birth weight, and head circumference of newborns were measured just after birth. Results: Plasma concentration of LDL - C correlated negatively with AC, birth weight, and head circumference of newborns ( P 〈 0. 021, P 〈 0. 031, P 〈 0, 042, respectively). Neonatal AC at birth had a significant influence on the level of LDL - C ( P 〈0. 035) and level of HDL - C ( P 〈0. 046). The baby who has a smaller AC has a higher plasma concentration of LDL - C and lower plasma concentration of HDL - C. Conclusion: These findings suggest that disproportionate size at birth is associated with altered lipid metabolism.
