摘要
统计了 5197例足月新生儿出生时体重、身高。结果 :平均体重为 32 37 16g ,平均身高为50 0 5cm。只有 13 0 8%的发育甚佳 ,15 98%的足月新生儿发育良好 ,而有 59 99%的发育一般 ,11%的发育低下。
The weight is the most sensitive index to the growth of newborn baby,and it is also a important index to judge health of newborn baby.In this thesis,we analyse the height and weight in 5 197 cases of newborn baby after the normal period gestation.Results show that mean weight is 3 237.16 grams and mean height is 50.05 centimetres.The results are almost equal to the results of Chicago Obstetrical Hospital in the forties of this century. However,in comparison with the newborn baby healthy criteria used by Yan Ren Ying,et al in 1990,only 13.08 percent of newborns is very well,15.98 percent of newborns is well,59.99 percent is at average and 11 percent is below the criteria of growth.
