摘要
目的了解新生脐血血脂、脂蛋白水平随机检测了 94名胎龄在 37～ 42周健康 ,方法 :正常新生儿的脐血血脂和脂蛋白水平 ,以及他 (她 )们的皮褶厚度 ,并由皮褶厚度计算了体脂百分含量 F%。结果 发现我国新生儿脐血血脂和脂蛋白水平与国外学者的研究报道相一致 ;男、女间各项指标的比较也与国外学者的报道相符。在新生儿 ,皮褶厚度 (或 F% )与其脐血血脂、脂蛋白无明显相关 。
Cord serum lipids and lipoproteins levels were determine randomly for 94 healthy newborn infans of gestational age 37-42 weeks. Skinfold thickness of these newborns were measured and their body fatpercentage(F%) were caculated from skinfold thickness. The final result showed,not only the levels of cord serm lipids and lipoproteins,but also the comparision result of every index of cord serum lipids and lipoproteins between boys and girls,accord with the foreign reporting. To newborns,skinfold thickness and F% are no correlation to cord serum lipids and lipoproteins
