池塘养殖条件下黑尾近红鲌(0^+~2龄)的可量性状研究 被引量:5

Study on the Morphometric Characters of 0^+-2 Year-old Ancherythroculter nigrocauda Yih et Wu under Pond Culture Conditions

摘要 [目的]探索人工养殖条件下黑尾近红鲌的可量性状。[方法]首次采用传统形态(TM)度量和框架结构形态(TBM)测量相结合的方法对池塘养殖条件下的黑尾近红鲌(0+~2龄)的可量性状进行了研究。[结果]黑尾近红鲌的体长与全长、体高、吻长的相关系数分别为0.988、0.960和0.739,具有较好的相关性。尾柄高与尾柄长、体长与头长、头长与眼径的相关系数分别为0.604、0.482和0.355。黑尾近红鲌体长与体重呈幂指数关系,其回归方程为W=0.015L2.971(r2=0.978,P<0.01);全长与体长的回归方程为BL=0.786+0.390TL(r=0.988,P<0.01);体高与体长的回归方程为BL=3.363+1.471BD(r=0.960,P<0.01);吻长与体长的回归方程为BL=7.361+5.879 SnL(r=0.739,P<0.01)。[结论]池塘养殖条件下黑尾近红鲌(0+~2龄)呈匀速生长规律,其肥满度较自然生长条件下更高。 [Objective]The research aimed to explore the morphometric characters of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda Yih et Wu under artificial culture conditions.[Method]The method of combining traditional morphometric measurement with truss network morphometric measurement was first used to measure the morphometric characters of 0 +-2 year-old A.nigrocauda under pond culture conditions.[Result]The correlation coefficients between the body length and full length,body height as well as tongue length of A.nigrocauda were 0.988,0.960 and 0.739 respectively,showing better relationship.The correlation coefficients between the caudal peduncle height and caudal peduncle length,body length and head length,head length and eye diameter were 0.604,0.482 and 0.355 respectively.The body length and the body weight of A.nigrocauda showed a power exponent relationship and its regression equation was W = 0.015L2.971(r2 = 0.978,P 0.01).The regression equation between the full length and body length of A.nigrocauda was BL = 0.786 + 0.390 TL(r = 0.988,P 0.01).And the regression equation between the body height and body length of A.nigrocauda was BL = 3.363 + 1.471BD(r = 0.960,P 0.01).The regression equation between the tongue length and body length of A.nigrocauda was BL = 7.361 + 5.879 SnL(r = 0.739,P 0.01).[Conclusion]A.nigrocauda(0 +-2 year-old) under pond culture conditions showed a symmetrical growth laws and the condition factor was higher than that under natural growth conditions.
