摘要
报导了以锰催化高碘酸钾氧化孔雀绿为基础的动力学测定环境中超痕量锰的方法 .研究了动力学条件 ,建立了动力学光度测定痕量锰的新方法 .本法的测定范围 2 0~ 11 0ng/ml,检出限为 0·89ng/ml,回收率为 99 5 %~ 10 9 5 % .
A kinetic method of the spectrophotometric determination of ultrtrace mangeese(Ⅱ)based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of malachite green by KIO 4is reported.The condition of kinetics has been studied in detail. The linear relation between the ΔA and the concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) was found in the range of 2 0 to 11 0 ng/ml and the detection limit was 0 89ng/ml. It was foun that 10 7-fold Na +,Cl -;2×10 5_fold Pb 2+ ;10 5_fold NO 3and Br,2×10 4 _fold So 2- 4;10 4_fold Cu 2+ , Hg 2+ ,2×10 3_fold,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Cr 3+ ,and 1 ;10 3_fold,2×10 2_fold ,Ni 2+ and 100_fold Fe 3+ do not interfere under the experiment conditions.
