摘要
报道了2-氯-4-溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成方法及其与镍的显色反应。实验表明,在TritonX-100存在下,pH10.2的Na_2B_4O_7—NaOH缓冲溶液中,Ni(Ⅱ)与2-氯-4-溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯形成1:2的红色络合物,络合物的最大吸收峰位于528 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=2.01×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Ni(Ⅱ)含量在0.5~520μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。采用巯基葡聚糖凝胶(SDG)分离水中共存离子富集镍,提高了方法的选择性。本法用于水样分析,相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.9%,加标回收率为99.5%~103%。
The synthesis of a new reagent 2-chloro-4-bromo-benzenediazoaminoazobenzene and its color reaction with Ni(Ⅱ) in the presence of TritonX-100 are studied. Results show that the reagent reacts with Ni(Ⅱ)to form a stable red complex(1 : 2)in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer medium at pH 10.2. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 528 nm and 2.01×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-520 μg/L for Ni(Ⅱ),The coexistent ions can be separated from Ni(Ⅱ) in sample by mercapto-dextran gel. The method has been applied to the determination of water with the recovery of 99.5 %-103 % and the relative standard deviation of 1. 9 -2.9%.
