摘要
在Trion X-100存在下,研究了钯(Ⅱ)与2-氯-4-溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的显色反应。结果表明,在pH=10.0的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,钯(Ⅱ)与试剂形成物质的量比为1:2的暗红色配合物,配合物最大吸收峰在518 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.35×105L/(mol·cm)。钯 (Ⅱ)质量浓度在0-16 μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律。用于微量钯的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of the reagent 2-Choloro-4-bromo-benzenediazoaminoazobenzene with Pd (Ⅱ) in the presence of Trion X-100 was studied. Results show that the new color reagent reacts with Pd (Ⅱ) to form a stable red complex (1 : 2) in the presence of Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer at pH 10.0. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 518 nm and 1.35× 10^5L/(mol·cm) respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-16 mg/25 mL Pd (Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of micro palladium (Ⅱ) with satisfactory results.
