摘要
合成了新试剂2 羟基 3 磺酸基 5 硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HSNDAA),并研究了其与Cd(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件。结果表明,在非离子表面活性剂TritonX 100存在下,于pH11.3的Na2B4O7 NaOH缓冲介质中,试剂与Cd(Ⅱ)可形成一种稳定的2∶1红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于520nm处,Cd(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0 6μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.5×105L·mol-1·cm-1。方法已用于环境水样中镉的测定。
A sensitive and selective chromogenic reagent of HSNDAA was synthesized and used for color reaction with cadmium(Ⅱ). In the presence of surfactant Triton X-100, HSNDAA reacted with cadmium(Ⅱ) to form a stable red complex with a molar ratio of 1∶2. In Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH buffer solution of pH 11.3, the maximum absorption of the complex was at 520 nm and the apparent molar absorbtion coefficient was found to be 2.5×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer′s law was obeyed over the range of 0~15 μg of cadmium(Ⅱ) in 25 mL solution. This method was applied to determine cadmium(Ⅱ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
