摘要
研究了在硼砂 -氢氧化钠介质中 ,钴 ( )催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮氯膦 的褪色反应及其动力学条件。测钴 ( )范围 0~ 0 .6μg/1 0 m L,检出限为 7.2 6× 1 0 - 1 2 g/m L,可测定中药中微量钴 ,采用巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集 ,可用于多种样品中微量钴的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A method has been studied for the determination of trace cobalt(Ⅱ). The method is based on that the cobalt(Ⅱ) can catalyze the discoloring reaction of H 2O 2 oxidizing chiorophosphonazo in Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH solution. The kinetic condition has been studied in detail. The determination range for cobalt(Ⅱ) is 0~0.6 μg/10 mL, and the detection limit is 7.26×10 -12 g/mL, trace cobalt(Ⅱ) has been determined in chinese medicine by using covering reagents. The common metal ions can be separated by mercapration containing dextran gel, the selectivity of the method is good. A high sensitive and high selctive for the determination of trace cobalt(Ⅱ) is established and has been applied to determine samples with satisfactory results.
