摘要
人体在进行不同强度的运动时,随着运动时间的延长,自由基不断的增加积累。这样可造成运动性疲劳和肌体的损伤的发生。维生素E合理吸收利用直接关系到机体的运动能力和运动水平的发挥。本文阐述了维生素E抗氧化和清除自由基的机制,分析了维生素E与运动能力之间的关系,以及维生素E在运动实践中的应用。
With the prolonged exercise time and accumulation of free radicals at the different intensity, exercise fatigue and body injury can occur. The reasonable absorption of vitamin E is directly related to athle - tic ability and performance level. This paper discussed the mechanism of vitamin E eliminating the free radical and anti - oxidation, analyzed the relationship between vitamin E and athletic ability as well as the practical application of vitamin E in sports.
