摘要
辅酶Q10是一种脂溶性醌类化合物,在人体呼吸链中参与电子传递,具有促进细胞新陈代谢的功能。基于辅酶Q10的特点和作用,为进一步开发辅酶Q10,并对其进行有效的利用,以发挥其重要的价值,综述了辅酶Q10在医药卫生和美容护肤等领域中的应用及研究状况,并分析了辅酶Q10与其它药物之间的互作关系,并对其开发前景进行了展望。
Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble quinone compounds involved in the electron transport in human respir- atory chain,to promote cells metabolism. Based on the characteristics of coenzyme Q10,it was developed and used effectively,in order to play its important value,coenzyme Q10 was applicated and researched in medicine, health and beauty field. The interacted relationship between coenzyme QIO and other drugs were analyzed and its development was prospected.
