摘要
食品工程与机械实验教学是高等院校食品科学与工程专业的一个重要的教学环节,它对提高人才质量,特别是对大学生的工程实践能力与创新能力的提高起着至关重要的作用。通过课程教学内容的整合与创新、教学方法和实验考核方法的改革,使食品专业工程类实验课程设置、教学内容、学时分配趋于合理,提高实验教学效果,增强学生动手能力。
Food engineering and machinery experiment teaching was an important part of food science and engineering specialty teaching, the teaching quality has directly the effect on the quality of personnel training and their ability of engineering practice and creativity. The idea of readjustment and rearrangement of the system, optimizing the item and its content, reforming ways and means of the experiment, focusing on the training of engineering practice ability and innovating ability were put forward in this paper. A kind of new professional experiment system and its reforming plan for food science and engineering specialty was described.
