卵巢恶性肿瘤患者腹水中NK细胞活性及T淋巴细胞亚群的改变 被引量:3

Alterations of NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte subset in the ascites of the patients with ovarian malignant tumors

摘要 目的了解卵巢恶性肿瘤患者盆腹腔内免疫状况的改变,并探讨其与肿瘤的组织学类型、细胞分化程度以及临床分期的关系。方法采用放射性同位素掺入法及OKT单克隆抗体分别检测卵巢恶性肿瘤患者腹水中NK细胞活性及T淋巴细胞亚群,并采用妇科良性肿瘤患者腹水或腹腔渡作对照。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤腹水内NK细胞活性显著低于妇科良性肿瘤患者腹水或腹腔液组(P<0.01),且OKT4细胞减少(P<0.05),OKT8细胞增多(P<0.05),OKT4/OKT8比值减小(P<0.05)。卵巢恶性肿瘤腹水内NK细胞活性及T淋巴细胞亚群的改变与肿瘤的组织学类型、细胞分化程度均无关(P>0.05),但与临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢恶性肿瘤患者盆腹腔内免疫状况是低下的,且临床分期越晚,免疫功能越低。 Objective To study the alterations of immune function of pelvic and peritoneal cavity in the patients with ovarianmalignant tumors and to research the relationship between the alterations and histological types of the tumors, the differential deareeof the tumor cells and clinical stage. Methods Using a radioisotope incorporation method and OKT monoclonal antibodies, NK cellactivity and T-lymphocyte subset in ascites were detected in the patients with ovarian maIignant tumors, and the results werecompared with those of the patients with gynecologic benign tumors. Results NK cell activity in the ascites from the patients withovarian malignant tumors were lower than that from the patients with gynecologic benign tumors (P<0.01). The OKT4 cells of thepatients with ovarian cancer were decreased (P<0.01 ), the OKT8 cells increased (P<0.01 ), and the ratio of OKT4/OKT8 was reduced(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the alterations of NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte subset among varioushistological types of the tumor (P>0.05). There was no difference among various diftbrential degrees of the tumor (P.0.05). But thealterations of NK cell activity and T-lymphocyte subset were relative to the clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusions The immunefonction of pelvic and peritoneal cavity in the patients with ovarian malignant tumors was lower The later the clinical stage. thelower the immune function.
