摘要
建立了LC-MS/MS方法检查中药制剂及保健品中违禁添加的10种化学降压药物。采用C18色谱柱,梯度洗脱,流动相A为20mmol/L醋酸铵溶液,流动相B为甲醇,检测波长为230nm,流速为1ml/min(分流比为4∶1)。选择正负离子全扫描方式检测氢氯噻嗪、吲哒帕胺、氯沙坦钾、硝苯地平、氨氯地平、尼群地平、尼莫地平、尼索地平、非洛地平、利血平等10种药物。上述药物的检出限为1~80ng。
A LC-MS/MS method was established for detection of ten antihypertensive agents- hydrochlorothiazide, indapamide, losartan potassium, nifedipine, amlodipine, nitrendipine, nimodipine, nisoldipine, felodipine and reserpine, which were illegally added in TCM and health care products. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution and methanol by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 230nm, and the flow rate was Iml/min. Electrospray ionization (ESI) source was applied and operated in the postive & negtive ion mode. The limit detection often antihypertensive agents was 1 - 80 ng.
