摘要
本文报道了不同颜色光对尼索地平光解的影响,并且试验了不同包装对防止尼索地平光解的作用。结果表明,在红色灯光下照射尼索地平光解速度慢,在日光下将尼索地平置于红色胶囊中可阻正或部分阻止其光化学反应。
<ABSTRACT> The effects of different color lights on nisoldipine photolysis and of different color packages on the protection of nisoldipine from photolysis produced by sunlight were reported. Results obtained indicated that under red light, the photolysis of nisoldipine was slower than under others. When nisoldipine was packed in the brown bottle and put in the red capsule, its photochemical reaction produced by sunlight was blocked or partially blocked.
