摘要
隐性知识的共享在企业知识管理过程中是重点与难点。本文从企业隐性知识管理方法入手,在前人进行的相关研究的基础上,对企业隐性知识管理方法进行了总结,列举了6种具有代表性的方法。
Sharing of tacit knowledge is the emphases and difficulty in enterprise knowledge management. This paper, starting form enterprises tacit knowledge management, sums up corresponding management methods based on former researches and lists 6 of them.
