摘要
根据中小企业在技术创新中自身的优势特征,探讨隐性知识的源泉和基础作用,同时提出了中小企业进行技术创新中如何获取、转移和利用隐性知识的若干管理对策。
Due to the advance character of technological innovation in small-medium companies, the source of tacit knowledge and its foundation actions will be discussed in this article. Moreover,author put forward some strategic management to show how to obtain,transfer and employ the tacit knowledge in the technological innovation of small-medium companies.
