摘要
站在隐性知识动态开发的角度,研究了知识型员工隐性知识的交流和转化对企业技术创新的影响机理。在理论分析的基础上,建立了知识型员工隐性知识的交流(面对面和虚拟对话)和隐性知识的转化(社会化、外显化,综合化,内在化)与产品创新、工艺创新的关系模型,并根据该模型提出了研究假设,为进一步实证检验提供理论依据。
For the dynamic development of tacit knowledge, the present paper studies the influence mechanism of the knowledge"-based employee'S tacit knowledge communication and transfer on firm's techinnovation. On the basis of theory analysis, the relationship model of knowledge- based employee'S tacit knowledge communication( including face- to- face interaction & virtual dialogue ), tacit knowledge transfer(including socialization, externalization, combination & internalization)and production & process innovation is proposed. According to the model, itdeduces several research hypotheses, which has provided the theoretical foundation for the further empirical study.
