摘要
分析“2+1”人才培养模式内涵及成效,并从营造校企合作环境、创新人才培养模式、夯实校企合作基础等方面进行探讨。
This thesis analyses the connotation and results of "2 + 1" training personnel pattern and discusses the following aspects i.e. how to cultivate the circumstances of cooperation between college and enterprises, how to devise training personnel patterns, how to enhance the foundation of cooperation between college and enterprises, etc.
