摘要
校企合作更是高职教育改革和发展的必由之路。高职院校与民营企业合作是教学与生产实践的结合,二者是双向互动、相互促进的。基于区域高职院校与民营企业合作的现状分析,针对存在的问题,提出对策建议:组建职教集团,整合教学资源;研究企业需求,以工学结合人才培养模式为突破口,推进高职教育教学改革;加强顶层设计,优化合作环境等来加强高职院校与民营企业合作。
College-enterprise cooperation is necessary for the reform and development of higher vocational education. The cooperation of higher vocational colleges and private enterprises is the combination of teaching and producing practice. They are mutual interaction and promotion. Based on the present condition of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and private enterprises, it puts forward countermeasures for the existing problems. It should organize vocational education group, and strengthens teaching resource. It should study enterprise＇s demand with work-study combination talents＇ training mode as breakthrough to drive higher vocational educational teaching reform. It optimizes operating environment to strengthen the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and private enterprises.
