摘要
以金钱树老熟、幼嫩叶片、叶柄为外植体,接种于添加不同外源激素浓度配比的MS培养基上,筛选出最佳外植体,最佳诱导愈伤组织、诱导不定芽及生根培养基配方;同时研究出适宜北方气候的扦插、栽培管理技术,为北方花卉产业提供技术支撑。
The explants from the older and tender leaves of Zamioculcas zamiifolia were implanted into MS nutrient media which were added in external hormones of different concentration, and the best explants, induce callus, induce abnormal buds, and formulary of the rhizogenic nutrient media were selected. At the same time, the technique of cuttage and cultivation management was found, which would contribute to supporting the flower industry in north.
