摘要
金钱树是国际上新发掘的一种热带观叶佳品,近年来的生产发展很快,国内有关金钱树的研究也逐渐增多,但主要集中在快繁技术上。对国内金钱树组织培养的研究概况进行了综合评述,详细介绍了影响金钱树组织培养的主要因素,包括外植体的选择及消毒,愈伤组织诱导、分化中的基本培养基和激素种类、浓度的选择,生根培养以及组培苗移栽,并讨论了金钱树组培中的存在问题以及发展前景。
Zamioculcas zamiifolia was an indoor foliage plant with unique ornemetal value. It was developed fast in recent years in the word. There were many researchs which focus tissue culture. Descriptions are made on influenced factors of tissue culture of Z. zamiifolia, such as selection and sterilization of explants, medium compositions and hormone concentration during the course of tissue culture, transferring plantlet, etc. Further, the problems existing in the tissue culture of Z. zamiifolia were discussed.
