全桥逆变电路IGBT模块的实用驱动设计 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了全桥逆变电路的工作方式,探讨了IGBT的栅极特性及动态开关过程。IGBT栅-射极和栅-集极间的寄生电容与其他分布参数的综合作用会对驱动波形产生不利影响。栅极驱动电压必须有足够快的上升和下降速度,使IGBT尽快开通和关断,以减小开通和关断损耗。在IGBT导通后,驱动电压应保持在+15V左右,保证IGBT处于饱和状态;在IGBT关断期间,IGBT的栅极需加反向偏置电压,避免IGBT的误动作。最后给出了针对全桥逆变电路IGBT模块设计的分立元件驱动电路及其实验结果。 The working mode of full bridge inverter circuit is introduced in this paper.And the analysis is made on gate characteristics and switching process of IGBT.The parasitic capacitances of IGBT and other distributed parameters would induce adverse effects to drive wave.The drive voltage should increase and decline quickly,which would reduce the switching loss.After IGBT is turned on, drive voltage should be kept at +15 V,which would ensure saturational state of IGBT.During IGBT is off,the gate should be provided reverse bias voltage for ensuring the safe of IGBT.For IGBT module in full bridge inverter circuit,the drive circuit by discrete semiconductor devices and experiments' results are given.
