对IGBT的栅极驱动特性、栅极串联电阻及IGBT的驱动电路进行了探讨。
Grid drive characteristic,grid series resistance and IGBT drive circuit are discussed in the article, effective methods of overcurrent protection and commutating overvoltage absorption are indicated also.
