摘要
在分析无吸收电路的ＩＧＢＴ逆变器的基础上，研究了ＩＧＢＴ逆变器的吸收问题；探讨了适合ＩＧＢＴ逆变器的几种吸收电路结构，并对其进行了仿真和实验验证。
Based on the analysis of the snubberless IGBT inverter,the paper investigates the snubbing probelems in IGBT inverter and discusses several suitable snubber configurations.The results are varified by computer simulations and experiments.
