摘要
为了满足当前深井、超深井逐步向深层次开发的需要,在分析评价各种抗高温水基钻井液处理剂的基础上,优化研制出一种以OCL-JB为主要降滤失剂的抗210℃高温的高密度水基钻井液体系,并对体系的性能进行评价。实验结果表明,新型抗高温、抗盐降滤失剂OCL-JB抗温性好,能与多种处理剂配伍;OCL-JB主要是通过吸附作用,增大粘土颗粒的zeta电位和水化膜来提高泥浆中粘土微粒的聚结稳定性,控制钻井液高温高压滤失量。所研制的抗高温高密度(2.3 g/cm3)钻井液经过210℃高温后性能稳定,具有良好的高温高压流变性能和滤失造壁性能,抑制能力和抗污染能力强,润滑性好。
In order to satisfy the requirements of ultra deep well drilling, a new kind of temperature-resisting water-based drilling fluid system with high density was developed on the basis of evaluating various temperature-resisting additives for water-based drilling fluids. This drilling fluid can resist 210 ℃, in which one new kind of additive, OCL-JB, was used as main filtration cortrol additive. And its performances were evaluated. The experimental results show that the newly developed additive, OCL-JB, has excellent ability to resist temperature and coordinate with other additives. It can control the high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) filtration effectively by increasing the stability of drilling fluids suspension due to the enhancement of clay solids zeta potential and hydrated layer. The properties of high-density drilling fluid to resist high temperature were stable after aging at 210 ℃. It is not only excellent in HTHP rhelogical properties and filtration control ability, but also has strong inhibitive character, anti-contamination ability and good lubricating properties.
