摘要
流变性和造壁性既是钻井液体系的两个重要工艺性能,也是其内部组成成分复杂作用的宏观表现。文章根据Einstein和Hiemenz公式推导出悬浮体系粘度表达式,以此说明钻井液的流变性与固相百分含量、粒子分散度、自由水含量和粒子相互作用强弱等因素的关系,提出了利用钾钙离子的协同抑制作用维护水基高密度钻井液体系流变性能的方法。同时,根据Darcy渗流理论,推导出内外滤饼相互关系模型,从而提出了通过形成良好的内滤饼来控制外滤饼质量的观点。文章最后介绍了针对新疆准噶尔油田安4井开展的室内实验研究,证明所提出的观点和方法具有较好的可行性。
The rheological property and wall building property are both two important technological behaviors in drilling fluid system and are the macro manifestation of the complicated action among its internal components. In the paper, a viscosity expression of suspending system is derived from the Einstein and Hiemenz formulae, by which the relationship between the rheological property of drilling fluid and the factors as solid percentage content, particle despersity, free water content and particle interaction strength, etc., is stated; a method of maintaining the rheological property of water-base high density drilling fluid system by use of the synergetic inhibition of potassium and calcium ions is proposed; and based on Darcy's law, a model showing the interrelation between internal and external mud cakes is set up, thus putting forward a viewpoint of controlling external mud cake quality by forming good internal mud cake. Through the laboratorial examination of well An-4 in Zhunge' er Basin, it is proved that the viewpoint and method proposed are of fair feasibility.
