摘要
利用RAPD分子标记技术对52份洋葱(Allium cepa L.)种质资源进行遗传多样性聚类分析。从150个10 bp随机引物中筛选出28个扩增效果较好的引物进行扩增,80.3%的扩增条带表现出多态性。在遗传距离为0.150和0.132的水平上,52份材料分别被分为2类和5类,与生态型分类及以熟性、产量为特征的经济性状分类有一定的相关性。
52 germplasm resources of onion were analyzed by RAPD. 28 better 10 bp primers which were selected from 150 primers were amplified. 80. 3% bands were polymorphic. 52 resources were divided into 2 and 5 groups at the level of the genetic distance of 0. 150 and 0.132, respectively. There was a certain correlation with the ecotype classification and economical character classification based mainly on the yield and maturity.
