摘要
目的:探讨蓝布正治疗腹泻的药理学基础。方法:采用炭末法研究蓝布正对小鼠小肠推进的影响及豚鼠离体平滑肌实验法测定消化道运动功能;用比色法测定蓝布正对正常小鼠胃排空的影响。给小鼠灌胃番泻叶煎液致泻观察蓝布正对小鼠止泻作用。结果:蓝布正可显著抑制小肠推进,松弛豚鼠回肠平滑肌,对正常小鼠胃排空具有抑制作用。低、中浓度蓝布正具有抗番泻叶致小鼠腹泻的作用。结论:蓝布正具有抑制胃肠运动功能。
Objective: To explore the pharmacological basis of the treatment of diarrhea with Geum japonicum thunb.Methods: An anthracotherapy was adopted to study the effect of Geum japonicum thunb on the small intestine advancement of mouse;an experiment of the bench smooth muscle of guinea pig was made to determine the motor function of alimentary tract;a chromatoptometry was used to determine the effect of Geum japonicum thunb on the gastric depletion of normal mouse.The mouse was perfused with Fan Xie Ye decoction to induce the diarrhea of the mouse so as to observe the antidiarrheal effect of Geum japonicum thunb.Results: Geum japonicum thunb may obviously inhibit the small intestine advancement of the mouse and loose the ileac smooth muscle of the guinea pig and has an inhibiting effect on the gastric depletion of the normal mouse.The low and medium concentrations of Geum japonicum thunb have an antidiarrheal effect of the mouse induced by Fan Xie Ye decoction.Conclusion: Geum japonicum thunb has an inhibiting effect on the gastric motor function.
