摘要
蓝布正为苗药习用药材,在我国分布广泛,全草均可入药,其单方和制剂被用于治疗头晕、感冒等疾病,但其化学成分、质量控制及药理作用的研究仍处于起步阶段。蓝布正主含三萜、黄酮、鞣质、木脂素、挥发油等化合物,具有补血、抗炎、抗应激、镇痛镇静、祛痰平喘及降血糖等多种药理功效。本文通过查阅与蓝布正相关的国内外文献报道,对蓝布正的主要化学成分、质量控制及药理作用进行总结归纳,以期为该药材的综合开发和利用提供参考。
The Miao medicine of Gel Herba had been commonly used for many years. It was widely distributed in China. The whole plant of Gel Herba could be used in solely or in complex preparation for the treatment of dizziness, common cold and other diseases. However, there were few non - systemic studies on chemical constituents, mechanisms and quality control so far as well. In addition, previous phytochemical studies on Gel Herba had indicated that triterpenes, flavonoids, tannins, lignans and volatile oil were the major constituents. The pure compounds or crude extracts from Gel Herba showed many pharmacological effects, such as blood tonic., anti -inflammatory,anti - stress, analgesic and sedation, expectorant and antiasthmatic, blood pressure relief actions. In this paper,we summarized the chemical constituents, quality control and pharmacological activities of Gel Herha, which provides references for the comprehensive development and rational use of Gel Herba.
