摘要
《地质调查与研究》是2003年新更名的学术期刊,其影响因子的迅速上升主要得益于作者队伍的建设。介绍该刊作者队伍建设的方法、措施和经验。
The impact factor of Geological Survey and Research rose very fast since its title was changed in 2003. The main cause comes from the construction of the author team. Some of the methods are proposed in this paper based on the practical experience.
