摘要
随着在校研究生队伍的迅速发展 ,高校学报要重视在校研究生作者群体的培养。通过传播科技写作知识的方式 ,并在具体编辑工作中培养作者 ,以提高其写作能力 ,使高校学报作者群稳定、持续地发展。
With the fast increase of the number of graduate students in China, the editors of the university journals should stress on training these students to be the authors. The training methods can include spreading the knowledge of science and technology, and helping them improve the ability of scientific writing.
