摘要
本文首次将乙醇-水混合溶剂引入毛细管胶束电动色谱中,在自制的电动色谱装置上,采用40%乙醇-水混合溶剂的十二烷基硫酸钠胶束溶液和0.05mm内径45cm长的弹性石英毛细管,在18kV电压下成功地分离了十种多环芳烃。探讨了乙醇在分离中的作用。并研究了乙醇含量、胶束溶液浓度和缓冲溶液浓度等对分离的影响。
A novel mixed ethanol-water solvcnt was introduced to micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Good separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was achieved using a 40%(v/v) ethanol in sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar solution and 0.05mm(inside diameter),450mm(length) fused silica capillary at 18kV high d.c. voltage. The effects of ethanol content, concentration of micellar solution and buffer solution were studied.
