摘要
目的研究比较3种不同骨移植材料对修复骨缺损的病理学的影响。方法分别对骨缺损动物模型进行实验性治疗,通过病理形态学观察,比较这些移植骨的成骨能力。结果各组移植物均可形成骨组织,修复骨缺损。POB/TBCc植入4周后,可见大量成骨细胞围绕在TBCc材料周围,并有类骨组织,8周后形成骨小梁,16周形成板层骨,骨细胞成熟并出现髓腔。结论三组材料比较,TBCc/POB组为较好的骨移植材料。
Objective To observe the effects of different grafting materials (that is, complex material of the osteoblasts from self-periosteum and calcined bone coated with collagen, complex material of osteomorphogenetic protein and fetal bone,and complex material of decalcified bone matrix gelatin and red bone marrow) on repairing of bone defects in rabbits by pathology. Methods The model of bone defects of rabbit' s radii on two sides were developed, three kinds of complex material were respectively transplanted to bone defects of rabbit' s radii on right side and no complex material was transplanted to bone defects of rabbit's radii on left side as controls, and the effects of different grafting materials on repairing of bone defects were observed by pathology. Results A large number of osteoblasts were seen around calcined bone coated with collagen and a few osteoid tissues were found four weeks after complex material of the osteoblasts from self-periosteum and calcined bone coated with collagen was transplanted, trabeculation of bone was found eight weeks after it was transplanted, and lamellar bone, mature osteocytes, and marrow cavity were found sixteen weeks after it was transplanted. The other two complex materials also possessed osteogenic actions. Conclusion By comparison, the osteogenic action of complex material of the osteoblasts from self-periosteum and calcined bone coated with collagen was better than other two complex materials.
