摘要
目的 :用胶原修饰煅烧骨载体表面 ,增加其生物相容性。方法 :牛松质骨经脱脂、脱蛋白、煅烧等工艺制成煅烧骨 (TrueboneceramicTBC)作为载体 ,载体表面经胶原处理后将体外培养的兔骨膜成骨细胞复合到TBC ,分别于 5日 ,10日和 2 0日取材 ,行扫描电镜观察 ,设对照组。结果 :5日后 ,煅烧骨面及孔内即有了细胞贴附生长 ,2 0日全部长满 ,有胶原纤维形成 ;对照组则没有。结论 :以煅烧骨作为载体 ,其表面经胶原处理后与成骨细胞有良好的组织相容性。
Objective:By covering the surface of TBC(True bone ceramic)with collagen,to increase the histocompatibility of TBC.Methods:The cattle cancellus bone were degreased,deproteined and calcined to form TBC vector.After the surface was covered with collagen.the cultured rabbit osteoblasts were compounded to TBC in vitro.5,10 and 20 day later,the compound materials were observed under scanning electron microscorpe.Results:After 5 days,the cells begin to grew on the surface and in side the foramen of TBC,after 20 days,the cells grew all over the TBC and collagenic fibers were formed on the vector.where the control group didn′t have this phenomena.Conclusion:After the surface of the TBC was covered with collagen,the TBC have good histocompoatibility with the osteoblasts.
