摘要 针对传统网络图法在维修资源动态规划及灵活性方面的不足,提出了制定维修计划和计划执行两阶段相应的资源冲突消解方案,特别对计划执行阶段提出了基于竞争-协商策略的动态资源冲突消解模型。该模型采用半结构化的解题方案,即采用以维修资源影响系数为基础的结构化计算方法和专家系统相结合的方式。结构化计算部分能充分利用不断更新的维修资源信息进行资源的动态规划;冲突消解专家系统的引入则提高了维修进一步规划的灵活性。通过竞争与协商过程,实现了维修总体效益和个体维修进程间的利益平衡。 A new method was put forward for Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) to remedy the limitation of dynamic scheme of network graph method which was often used in maintenance resource scheme. Resource conflicts elimination schemes in making and exeucting maintenance plan phases were put forwad. Especially to the phase of executing maintenance plan, a semi-structured model based on competition-negotiation strategy, which integrated structured computation based on Maintenance Resource Effect Coefficient (MREC) and expert system of resource scheme, was provided. Structural computation realized dynamic scheme by using the newest maintenance resource information, and expert system was introduced to improve flexibility of maintenance resource scheme. Through competition, and negotiation strategy, benefit balance between individual maintenance task and entire maintenance process was obtained.
