摘要
分析了MRPⅡ的基础层--生产作业计划所面临的问题,介绍了网络图计划技术,并以柔性电路板制造业为例,提出了用网络图法 在生产作业排程计划中进行时间优化和资源优化的若干方法。这些方法既解决了生产提前期不足,保证按期交货,又能避免对生产资源的争 夺,使资源充分而均衡地利用。
This paper analyses existing issues in MRPⅡ foundation as production activity plan, introduces network plan technology, with the example of flex pcb manufacturing, presents some methods about using network plan technology to arrange time and sources in production activity scheduling. Those methods solve the issue with shortage of lead time, and lead to make use of sources reasonably.
