摘要
介绍了模糊控制传感器前置式焊缝跟踪系统的基本工作原理及控制系统组成。设计了二输入一输出模糊控制器,其以传感器焊缝偏差和偏差变化率为输入量,输入量通过模糊化处理,模糊推理得出输出结果,再将其解模糊化,得到控制变量的精确输出值,实现焊缝跟踪。提出了一种传感器前置式焊缝跟踪系统的延时解决方案,研制出1台模糊控制焊缝跟踪系统样机,并进行了实际焊接跟踪试验。试验表明:跟踪精度达到1mm,满足实际生产应用要求,而且系统成本低,结构简单,性能稳定,具有很高的实际应用价值。
The basic principle and control structure of seam tracking system based on fuzzy control with leading sensor was stated. The twoinput and single-output controller was designed, and the fuzzy control table is acquired which can be applied to control execution machinion. And the delay of torch execution has been solved. A seam tracking system has been produced based on this theory. Seam tracking experiments show that the system precision meets the demand of industrial manufacturing. The system also has the advantage of low cost, simple structure and good behavior, which bring the system highly practical application value.
