摘要
本文记述福建10种海鱼肠内寄生的吸虫,其中,1.卵形多腺吸虫新属新种(Polylecithus oviformis gen.et sp.nov.),宿主鳄形短体鳗,形态与拟盘肛属(Proctotrematoides)的种类相似。但无眼点,肠支短,卵黄腺滤泡细小呈葡萄状,分布于咽后至睾丸间的两侧等方面与拟盘肛属不同。2.长拟赫利吸虫新种(Hurleytrematoides longus sp.nov.),宿主褐篮子鱼,其形态与C.coronatus, (Manter et Pritehard,1961)相似,但体呈长形无棘,阴茎囊较长,生殖孔位于体中部,卵黄腺分布于腹吸盘与卵巢之间,卵丝甚长,3.鲻膜科特吸虫新种(Hymenocotta mugilis sp.nov.),宿主梭鲻,其形态与H.muili(Manter,1961)相似。但无眼点,口孔周围为6个大小不等的叶瓣,具前咽,受精囊位于卵巢之后。4.大眼鲷离肉吸虫新种(Apocreadium priacanthi sp.nov.),宿主短尾大眼鲷和月腹剌纯,其形态与A. longisinosum (Manter,1937)相似,但虫体细长,8.16～11.84×0.520～0.560毫米,虫卵细小(46～62×36～42微米)。5.东山孔管吸虫新种(Opechona dongshanensis sp.nov.),宿主横带绯鲤,其形态与O.orientalis(Layman,1930)相似。但口吸盘与腹吸盘大小相等,卵黄腺起自腹吸盘之前,分布至体末端,虫卵较大(70～80×40～42微米),此外,鳐耳双口吸虫Otodistomum plunketi(Eyfe,1953),宿主及达犁头鳐,竹英鱼新背门吸虫Neonotoporus trachuri(Yamaguti,1938),宿主鳀,对称前充殖吸虫Prosogonotrema symmetricum(Oshmarin,1965),宿主短吻三剌鲀等三种是我国新记录。
Ten species of digenetic trematodes have been obtained from marine fishes in Fujian Province, China. 1. Polylecithus oviformis gen. et sp. nov. (fig. 1) This species was obtained from the intestine of Brachysomophis crooditinus. It differs the related the species of Proctotrematoides (Yamaguti, 1938)in having the non oculate, ceca terminating reaching to 1/5 posterior extremity of body, shorter uterus, extend from fore margin of ovary to behind the testis, vitellarine follicular small, grape-form extend from the lateral of oesophagus to behind the testis. 2. Hurleytrematoides longus sp. nov. (fig. 2) This species was obtained from the intestine of Siganus fuscens. It differs from the related H. coronatus (Manter et Pritchard, 1961)chiefly in the body elongated, aspinose, longer cirrus pouch(0.48×0.038mm), genital pore median, being situated between the pharynx and aeetabulum, vitellaria distributed on the lateral field of ovary extend to the aeetabulum, egg filment 102-105μm in length. 3. Hymenocotta mugilis sp. nov.(fig.4) This species was obtained from pyloric ceca of Mugil soiuy. It differs from the related H. mulli (Manter, 1961)chiefly in the non oculate, oral disc with unequal 6 few radial muscle lobed, prepharynx present, receptaculum seminis lying in the behind of the ovary, eggs 102-118×70-82μm. 4. Apocreadium priacanthi sp. nov. (fig.5) This species was obtained from the intestine of Priacanthus macrocanthus and Gastrophysus lunaris. It differs from the related A. longisinosum(Manter, 1937)in having the longer and slender of body (8.16-11.84×0.520-0.560mm) and smaller eggs(46-62×36-42μm as against (88-102×48-60μm). 5. Opechona dongshanensis sp. nov.(fig. 6) This species was obtained from the intestine of Upeneus sulpheurens. It differs the related O. orientalis (Layman, 1930)in having the oral sucker equal, to acetabulum in size, vitelline follicles commence at the level of front of the acetabuium extend to the posterior end of the body and larger eggs 70-80×40-42μm.
