摘要
记述后唇科吸虫３新种，即东山后唇吸虫Ｏｐｉｓｔｈｏｌｅｂｅｓｄｏｎｇｓｈａｎｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．；东山异唇吸虫Ｈｅｔｅｒｏｌｅｂｅｓｄｏｎｇｓｈａｎｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．和兔头异唇吸虫Ｈｅｔｅｒｏｌｅｂｅｓｌａｇｏｃｅｐｈａｌｉｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。模式标本均采自福建省东山县沿海的棕斑兔头Ｌａｇｏｃｅｏｐｈａｌｕｓｌｕｎａｒｉｓｓｐａｄｉｃｅｕｓ肠道内。
In the examination for digenetic trematodes of marine fishes in the coastal areas of Dongshan Island,South Fujian, China.Three new species of Opistholebetidae were collected.These specimens are deposited in Marine Biology Laboratory,Science Center,Shantou University.Their diagnoses are given as follows.All the measurements are in millimetre,except that of the ova which are in micpon. 1 Opistholebes dongshanensis sp.nov. (Figs. 1 3) Host. Lagocephalus lunaris spadiceus (Richardson). Locality.Intestine. Location.Dongshan Island, Fujian Province. Date.Dec. 25, 1996. Infection.10 specimens from 2 of 7 hosts. Description (based on 8 whole mounts).Body pear shaped, (0 960 1 600)×(0 690 1 130) (1 340×0 884), with various sized pigment granules, maximum breath at the level of ovary.Cuticle thick and smooth.Oral sucker subterminal,nearly rounded,(0 184 0 240)×(0 176 0 272) (0 210×0 227).Postoral ring prensent,(0 008 0 024)×(0 148 0 216) (0 018×0 175).Pharynx well developed,nearly rectangular,(0 104 0 160)×(0 136 0 176 )(0 129×0 158).Esophagus very short.Ceca wide,reaching to middle of posterior third of body.Acetabulum (0 192 0 280)×(0 216 0 316 )(0 224×0 261),venterminal,provided with puchered shirt of body wall. Testes nearly elliptical,juxtaposed,contiguous,immediately anterodorsal to acetabulum,left testis (0 120 0 184)×(0 120 0 192) (0 150×0 165),right one (0 112 0 184)×(0 128 0 208) (0 152×0 174).Cirrus pouch sac like,(0 204 0 320)×(0 096 0 144) (0 258×0 108),at middle of body,containing twisted seminal vesicle,ejaculatory duct and postatic complex,Genital pore median,immediately postbifurcal. Ovary nearly rounded,(0 120 0 184)×(0 144 0 240) (0 153×0 192),immediately anterior to right testis, Seminal receptacle and Laurer’s canal present.Vitellaria follicles,extensive,from the level of pharynx to or beyond posterior termination of ceca Uterus between the front of left testis and cirrus pouch.Eggs elliptical, (0 058 0 068)×(0 031 0 038) (0 061×0 034 ) in life. This species differs from its closely related species O amplicoellus Ozaki, 1915 in body size being smaller,in cirrus pouch and egg being shorter and postoral ring and puchered shirt of body wall being present. 2 Heterolebes dongshanensis sp.nov. (Figs 4 5) Host. Lagocephalus lunaris spadiceus (Richardson). Locality.Intestine. Location.Dongshan Island, Fujian Province. Date.Dec 25, 1996. Infection.1 specimen from 1 of 7 hosts. Description.Body nearly triangular,0 204×0 248,containing various sized pigment granules.Oral sucker subterminal,0 152×0 160.Postoral ring present,0 04×0 188.Ceca wide,terminating at posterior extremity.Acetabulum 0 256×0 280,at conjection of middle and posterior third of body, circumacetabular fold present. Testes elliptical,juxtaposed,immediately posterdorsal to acetabulum,separated by uterus,left testis 0 128×0 208,right one 0 160×0 216.Cirrus pouch claviform,at middle of body,0 352×0 116.Genital pore immediately postbifrucal. Ovary elliptical,0 184×0 232,at middle of posterior third of body.Vitellaria follicles,extensive,uninterrupted zone on each side from pharynx level to posterior extremity,zones well separated medially.Uterus between posterior extremity and cirrus pouch.Eggs elliptical,(0 063 0 068)×(0 034 0 040)(0 066×0 036). This species differs from any known members of this genus in the body shape and in the location of testes and ovary. 3 Heterolebes lagocephali sp.nov. (Figs.6 9) Host.Lagocephalus lunaris spadiceus (Richardson). Locality.Intestine. Location.Dongshan Island, Fujian Province. Date.Oct.10,1996;Dec.23 and 25 1996. Infection.44 specimens from 7 of 18 hosts.
