摘要
艾菲属(Aephnidiogenes)吸虫在我国为首次报道,文中记述了采自海南岛一种胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus pictus)体内的海南艾菲吸虫,新种(Aephnidiogenes hainanensis sp. nov.),对其形态特征进行了描述,并与相近种作了比较。虫体11.641—17.425mm,卵巢为不规则三角形,卵子66—69×33—45μm。
In the present paper a new species belonging to the genus Aephnidiogenes Nicoll, 1915 is described. All measurements are in mm except ova in μm. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Oceanology and the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.Aephnidiogenes hainanensis sp. nov.(fig. 1) Host: Plectorkynchus piclus (Thunberg). Location: intestineLocality: Baimajing (19°45'N; 109°10'E), Hainan Province Date: November 11, 1980 Description: (based on 2 whole specimens and 1 mutilated specimen)Body elongate, flattened and covered with spines anterior of acetabulum, 11.641-17.425 long and 1.445-2.057 broad. Oral sucker subterminal, 0.544-0.561 in diameter. Acetabulum 0.510-0.578×0.527-0.578, lies at the middle of the anterior half of body.Prepharynx very short, 0.042-0.051 in length. Pharynx developed, elliptical, 0.221-0.238×0.289-0,306. Esophagus 0.493-0.646 long, ceca terminating near the posterior end of body.Testes elliptical, tandem, anterior testis 0.816-0.884×0.629-0.816, posterior testis 0.816-0.884×0.697-0.833, situated near the middle line of body. Seminal vesicle tubular, 2.193-2.497 long, at posterior end of acetabulum, surrounded by prostate cells. Cirrus pouch in front of acetabulum, nearly eggplant-shaped, 0.357-0.459×0.170-0.221, containing ejaculatory duct, 0.340-0.374×0.034-0.086. Genital pore immediately anterior to acetabulum.Ovary of irregular shape, 0.425-0.476×0.391-0.459, lies on the right side of body, behind acetabulum, situated 1.207-2.142 from anterior testis. Receptaculum seminis eggplant-shaped, 0.544-0.629×0.187-0.238, at left side of ovary, Laurer's canal terminating at the anterior end. Uterus descending to anterior testis, then ascending to genital pore. Vitelline follicles beginning at the ovary level and reaching to the posterior end of body. Eggs 66-69×33-45.Excretory vesicle tubular, posterior end reaching to anterior testis.Discussion This species is similar to A. major Yamaguti, 1934 and the host is also Plectorhyn-chus pictus, but differs from the latter in the larger size of the body and the internal organs; the ovary being of irregular shape and the smaller size of eggs.A new species of Aephnidiogenes Nicoll--Aephnidiogenes hainanensis.
