摘要
研究了桥式起重机桥架模块化参数化设计系统的组成,采用了完全程序化参数建模与参数修改法建模两种实现方法,讨论了参数化特征库、标准件库和零部件等系统实现的关键技术,并将参数化设计思想扩展到工程图,实现了工程图的自动调整,改变了传统的2D设计手段,大幅度提高了桥式起重机桥架的设计效率。
This paper analyzes the composition of modular and parametric design system of overhead traveling crane' s metal structure ,applying two method like totally programmed parametric modeling and parameter modify modeling to realize ,discusses many key technologies like parametric feature library,standard parts library and parts library,and uses the parametric design idea to realize engineering drawings' automatically adjust,changes the traditional 2D design method,greatly improves the design efficiency of overhead traveling crane's metal structure.
