摘要
在大规模定制思想指导下,研究了系统模块化设计,并采用参数化设计技术、装配草图技术、工程图调整技术,以VB为开发工具,SolidWorks2007为开发平台,开发了门式起重机模块化快速设计系统(MRDSGC),缩短了新产品的开发周期,提高了设计效率和质量,使起重机生产企业快速响应个性化的市场要求。
The method of system modular design was studied,which was guided by the thought of mass customization. A modular rapid design system about gantry crane was developed through the technology of parametric design,assembly draft and engineering drawing adjustment,which used VB as the development tool and SolidWorks 2007 as the development platform. It shortens the development cycle of new products,improves the efficiency and quality of the design,makes crane enterprises response to the personalized market demand rapidly.
