摘要
机械产品从概念设计到详细设计的过程中,产品装配模型起着一个核心作用。现有的大多数装配建模系统均采用自底向上从零件到装配的建模方法,这种方法不能支持产品设计的全过程,不适应并行设计的需要。为适应并行工程对产品装配建模系统的需要,提出了将产品装配建模过程作为一个智能设计过程,以自顶向下的方式建造产品装配模型的方法,并介绍了用该方法开发的变速箱装配建模系统(GBAMS)。该系统支持产品生命周期中多种设计活动的集成,对并行工程的实施具有重要意义。
Assembly model of the mechanical product plays a kernel role from conceptual to detail design. Most of the existing assembly modeling systems adopt bottom up method from components to assembly. This method does not support whole process of the product design, and is not suitable for concurrent design. To meet the need for concurrent engineering, this paper puts forward a top down assembly modeling method and introduces an assembly modeling system for gear box (GBAMS) developed by using top down method. GBAMS supports the integration of various design activities during product life cycle. It is of significance to implementation of concurrent engineering.
