摘要
根据产品快速设计技术的特点,在基因重组原理的基础上,提出了建立装配体变型设计的思想。对装配产品的变型设计原理、变型设计方法进行了研究和分析,定义了装配产品中零件对象的信息模型,建立了零件之间的尺寸约束关系模型。并以装配产品门式起重机的部件刚性支腿为研究对象,构建了面向变型设计的产品模型,验证了其变型过程。
It according to the characteristic of the rapid variant design,it puts forward a idea of the establishment of assembly varicmt design. This paper study and analyze the basic principle and methods of assembly product's variant design,define modular product information model of assembly products ,establish relational size constraints model between parts. With the help of rigid leg II which is assembly product's components of gantry crane ,it constructed the variant design's product model and verify its variant process through the design case of rigid leg H which is assembly product's components of gantry crane.
